Model with extremely high IQ says men find her intelligence ‘intimidating’

A model claims that men find her extremely high IQ extremely “intimidating.”

Candice Kloss says that men often assume she’s “stupid” because of her looks and career as a model.

But little do they know Candice has been a member of Mensa since she was 17, the largest and oldest IQ society in the world.

According to the IQ scale, a score of 120-140 is classed as ‘very superior intelligence’ – whereas anything over 140 is considered a ‘genius’.

Candice falls just short of the latter, at 136 and is in the top 2 per cent of the population for intelligence.

However, having an IQ as high as Jessica’s can be challenging at times she admits, especially when it comes to relationships.

“I don’t really tell people,” she said.

“Some of my close friends know, but since we’re so close I don’t think it changes their opinion of me.

“I think that men are definitely surprised when they find out.

“Some find it sexy but others find it intimidating for some reason.

“Growing up, I knew that I could learn things fairly quickly.

“But I was also very shy and awkward-looking, so I didn’t call much attention to myself in class.

“I had a group of fairly nerdy friends and was also a tomboy so I got made fun of for being different.

“Now I have gained confidence but can still be shy, so the concept of men finding me sexy is surprising.”

While none of her other family members are in Mensa, Candice believes her dad could be a candidate.

Candice said: “I knew growing up that I could learn things fairly quickly.

“But I was also very shy so I didn’t call much attention to myself in class.

“I had a group of fairly nerdy friends and was also a tomboy so I got made fun of for being different.

“No one else in my family is a member of Mensa but my dad would probably be if he cared to apply.”

Candice went on to study psychology and economics at the University of Massachusetts, Boston, aged 17.

Despite regularly acing her exams, the student had an urge to try something else and gave up academics for a career in real estate.

She said: “I went to college in Boston and started working in real estate because it was the only way I could afford my rent and go to school.

“My parents were definitely worried when I dropped out in 2011.

“Eventually they saw I was happy and had a good sense for business.”

However, Candice soon returned to the classroom – until 2020, when a friend suggested she give up her university for OnlyFans.

At this point, the Mensa member had nearly finished her degree but the idea of making a fortune on the site was too alluring.

She said: “One day my friend showed me what she was making from OnlyFans – I immediately left school, knowing I wouldn’t go back.

“The possible income I could make from OnlyFans was much more than the starting salary with an economics degree, and even greater than some higher salaries after years of work.”

Despite having an account for just over a year, Candice now makes $21,000, approximately £14,823 a month.

She also runs an Instagram account (@candicekloss), where she has over 4,000 followers.

Despite her life taking a very different turn, Candice has no regrets – and loves the freedom of her job.

She said: “I like to work hard because it’s challenging but the other side of me really loves to relax and try new things for fun.

“The best thing about my job is that I can live and work wherever I want, and can travel as much as I want.

“I would not be able to be happy if I had to be at an office at the same time every day and do the same things.”

Now, Candice is looking to invest in property – either in Europe or New York.

She said: “My goal is to buy properties and have more time to travel.

“I like to work hard because it’s challenging but the other side of me really loves to relax and try new things for fun.

“I have become much more responsible with finances and invest a high portion in selling stock options, which brings additional income.”
